  • What if I have more weight to lose?
    We operate programs in 10 weeks increments. You can continue for as many 10 week programs as needed to achieve your goal. We also offer additional maintenance programs and long-term accountability programs in bi-weekly and monthly increments. Please note, all our clients must complete at least one 10 Week Fit Challenge before becoming eligible for these options.
  • What if I want to gain weight?
    The 10 week challenge is completely customized to each of our client's goals! We can help you gain weight, build muscle or whatever your goals are.
  • Can men enter the 10 week challenge?
    Yes, we customized programs for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
  • What happens after I meet my goal?
    We offer additional maintenance programs and long-term accountability programs in bi-weekly and monthly increments. (Please note, all our clients must complete at least one 10 Week Fit Challenge before becoming eligible for these options.)
