We operate programs in 10 weeks increments. You can continue for as many 10 week programs as needed to achieve your goal. We also offer additional maintenance programs and long-term accountability programs in bi-weekly and monthly increments. Please note, all our clients must complete at least one 10 Week Fit Challenge before becoming eligible for these options.
